Strata fencing
Fencing for strata schemes – common-property boundaries, courtyard fences, pool fences to the NSW standard, slat and louvre screens and matching gates. Quoted for owners corporations and strata managers.
Strata jobs are a mix of street-front Colorbond, courtyard and dividing fences, pool fencing that has to pass a NSW inspection, and amenity screens around bins, air-conditioning and clothes lines. We quote owners corporations, strata managers and individual lot owners (where the fence is the lot owner's responsibility).
Colorbond in Monument, Woodland Grey or Basalt is the usual common-property boundary so it matches existing buildings. Courtyards and balconies often use aluminium slat or louvre screens powder-coated to the same Colorbond colours. Pool fences are built to the current NSW standard with a compliant latch and no climbable zones.
We can quote from a site plan, a strata diagram or a walk-through with the building manager. Access, parking, after-hours work and making-good of common areas are written into the quote so the committee can approve it in one pass.
