Aluminium 45° angled blade fencing
Architecturally designed to elevate your home – the 2025 upgraded blade panel with a larger slat, a ~6 mm overlap and no visible gap. Fences and matching gates, supplied as kits or installed across Sydney.
The Aluminium 45° Angled Blade Panel is the upgraded blade design: 78 × 13 mm slats set at 45 degrees with a ~6 mm overlap, so the face reads as solid rather than gapped. It is powder-coated aluminium – more privacy than a 50 mm or 65 mm open blade, with the same clean vertical line.
Panels are 2400 mm wide in 600 mm, 900 mm, 1.2 m, 1.5 m and 1.8 m heights, with 40 × 40 mm rails 100 mm from the top and bottom. See the product listing to enquire, or compare with our 50 mm and 65 mm blade panels.
45° angled blade and related blade panels
Why the 45° overlap
A standard 50 mm blade has a 60 mm gap; a 65 mm blade has a 40 mm gap. The 45° panel turns a larger 78 × 13 mm slat on an angle and overlaps it by about 6 mm, so you do not see through the fence. That is the privacy upgrade – useful on a front boundary or side screen where an open blade would show too much.
Heights
Choose 600 mm, 900 mm, 1.2 m, 1.5 m or 1.8 m × 2400 mm wide. Lower panels suit wall toppers and pool-equipment screens; 1.5 m and 1.8 m are typical boundary heights.
Gates and installation
- Matching pedestrian, double and sliding gates on the same slat and overlap.
- Posts and rails as for our other aluminium blade fences; slopes are stepped so the slats stay consistent.

How is the 45° angled blade different from standard blade fencing?
Standard 50 mm and 65 mm blade panels have a set gap between the slats (60 mm or 40 mm). The 45° angled blade uses 78 × 13 mm slats set at an angle with a ~6 mm overlap, so there is no visible gap. It is the upgraded 2025 design for more privacy.
