Aluminium slats set on the diagonal – a modern screen fence and matching gates in powder-coat colours. Supplied as kits or installed across Sydney.
Diagonal slat fencing uses aluminium slats fixed on the angle inside a framed panel, so the face is a consistent hatch rather than upright or flat slats. The photo on this page is the panel we supply: a black powder-coated run on a concrete edge beside a modern house, and the same panel isolated.
We build matching pedestrian, double and sliding gates on the same slat. Enquire via the product listing, or compare with vertical slats, horizontal slats and blade fencing.

What is diagonal slat fencing?
Aluminium slats set on the diagonal inside a square frame, so the face reads as a hatched screen rather than vertical or horizontal lines. The photo on this page shows a black powder-coated run beside a modern house and a matching isolated panel.
How does it compare with vertical or horizontal slats?
Same aluminium slat family and powder-coat colours; the difference is the angle. Diagonal slats give a stronger graphic pattern and hide the view more evenly from both sides than a wide-gapped vertical slat.
Can I have a matching gate?
Yes. Pedestrian, double and sliding gates are built on the same diagonal slat so the pattern continues through the opening.
