Local notes for Tallawong

Local conditions: rolling Cumberland Plain with clay soils that hold posts well; many older blocks have a level difference to the neighbour.

• New estates come with covenant colour palettes – we install to the developer's requirements (Monument, Basalt and Woodland Grey are usual).
