Fencing in Schofields

• Security fencing – 2.1 m steel security panels, roll top and sliding gates for schools, churches and commercial sites

Local notes for Schofields

Ground and access shape the price more than anything else in Schofields: rolling Cumberland Plain with clay soils that hold posts well; many older blocks have a level difference to the neighbour.

• Sleeper retaining walls under a new Colorbond fence are common on the older sloping blocks around Blacktown, Doonside and Seven Hills.
