How is a shared boundary fence paid for?

Under the NSW Dividing Fences Act adjoining owners generally share the cost of a sufficient dividing fence equally. We give you a copy of the quote to pass to your The Rocks neighbour, and can quote each side separately if you prefer.

How soon can you start in The Rocks?

Usually within one to two weeks of you accepting the quote, weather permitting. Most residential fences are finished in one to two and a half days.

Can you remove the old fence in The Rocks?
