What we install in Liverpool

• Colorbond fencing – new boundary fences and replacements in 1.5 m to 2.4 m heights, any Colorbond colour, either sheet profile
• Retaining walls under fences – treated pine or aluminium sleeper walls built directly under the new fence where levels differ
• Gates – Colorbond single and double gates, slat, louvre, timber, pool and sliding or automatic driveway gates
• Fence height extensions – 300 mm or 600 mm louvre, lattice, slat or sheet toppers on your existing Colorbond posts

Ground, access and local conditions

Flat to gently rolling Cumberland Plain; new estates are cut-and-fill lots where retaining under fences is standard.

• Austral, Leppington and Edmondson Park lots are fenced as the houses finish – 1.8 m Colorbond, a side gate and a neighbour-share quote is the usual package.
• Established Casula, Moorebank and Chipping Norton homes are replacing 30-year-old timber with Colorbond, often adding a lattice or louvre top.

Fence rules in Liverpool City Council

Under the NSW exempt development rules a boundary fence behind the building line can be up to 1.8 m high without approval on most residential lots. Liverpool City Council follows the codes; growth-area estates add covenant colours, and rural lots at Rossmore, Bringelly and Greendale have different fence limits.
